Cork City Council Secured Two Health and Safety Awards at the National Irish Safety Organisation Awards at a ceremony held in the Malton Hotel, Killarney. These Awards reaffirm our commitment to ensuring compliance with regulations and providing a safe environment for employees & are testament to our continuous accomplishments in Health and Safety. These All Ireland Safety Awards are jointly organised by NISO and the Northern Ireland Safety Group (NISG) resulting in an average entry level of 2,000 submissions by organisations in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK, across sectors such as energy, construction, manufacturing & transport. The Awards were presented on the night by Pat Breen T.D, Minister of State for Trade to Paula Kennedy, Senior Executive Health & Safety Officer.
